Shipping & Delivery
We process most orders within 2–5 business days, depending on the size and type of patch. Every patch is carefully checked before it leaves our workshop to ensure perfect quality.
- Standard & Express Shipping: Choose the option that works best for you.
- Domestic & International Delivery: Shipping times vary. Local deliveries usually take 3–7 days, while international orders may take 7–21 days.
- Careful Packaging: All packages are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Your patches will be handled with care from our workshop to your doorstep, so they arrive in perfect condition.
Payment & Security
We make payment simple and secure. Full payment is required before production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

- Defective Products: If you receive a patch with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order details and a photo of the issue so we can help quickly.
- Replacement: We will remake or replace any defective patches at no extra cost. Our goal is to make sure you receive the product exactly as you expected.
